What is the NEDS refund/return policy?
NEDS offers refunds on items that are up to 12 months old provided that the garment has not been worn,
washed and the original receipt is presented. If the customer does not have the original receipt, NEDS
will
offer an exchange or credit note on items up to 12 months old for the current value of the item, provided
that the garment has not been worn or washed.
12 Month Guarantee
NEDS will offer a full refund on goods that are faulty due to manufacturing defects, mechanical fault due
to normal use. This does not include fault due to misuse, accidental damage and third party alteration. Neds
at it's discretion may refuse refund at it's own discretion should any fault be deemed be caused by third party
misuse and alteration.
